Where this applies.
This code applies to all Pulse community spaces: the issue tracker, pull requests, discussions, and any project-related communication on the public GitHub repository.
Expected behaviour.
- Critique ideas, not people. Give context when pushing back.
- Use welcoming language. Apologise when a mistake is made and move on.
- Respect the time of maintainers. Search before opening a duplicate issue.
- Default to English in issues and pull requests to keep the conversation accessible.
Unacceptable behaviour.
- Harassment, including public or private insults, slurs, or intimidation.
- Trolling, sustained disruption of discussions, or off-topic posts in issue threads.
- Publishing others' private information without consent.
- Spam: advertising unrelated products, mass-posting, or soliciting users via issues.
- Submitting code, binaries, or links that distribute malware, cryptominers, or credential-stealers — even framed as a "test" or a "joke".
Enforcement.
Reports are handled by the maintainers of the Pulse repository. To file a confidential report, open an issue on the security advisories page or contact via the address linked from the privacy page. Reports are kept confidential.
Maintainers may edit or remove comments, lock threads, or ban accounts to keep the spaces usable. Decisions can be appealed by replying to the closing comment.
